Using Your HMO
Bring your HMO card and we'll handle the approval. Here's what happens from booking to payment.
- Step 1
Book and Choose HMO
Pick HMO as your payment method and enter your provider, member ID and card expiry.
- Step 2
Bring Your Card and a Valid ID
Show both at the front desk when you arrive.
- Step 3
We Confirm Your Coverage
Our staff request approval from your HMO. Your status shows as Under review, then Approved.
- Step 4
Pay Only What Isn't Covered
Anything outside your plan's coverage is billed at our published self-pay prices.
Accepted HMOs
Our list of accepted HMOs will be posted here soon. Until then, note your HMO when booking and the front desk will confirm before your visit.
Don't See Your HMO?
You can still book and pay as a self-pay patient, or call the branch to ask.
