   At your visit, the front desk checks your ID and prints your Patient ID and a temporary password.
2. 2. Activate
   Enter both and your birthdate, choose your own password, and complete your profile.
3. 3. Sign in any time
   With your Patient ID or email. Only you (and verified guardians) can see your records.
